Dee is a writer and editor with 20+ years of experience across such fields as entertainment, gaming, technology, and education. She’s always loved wine but spent years wandering lost in wine shops and grocery aisles, confused by wine labels and the onslaught of information they represent. So, as part of a pandemic-era career pivot, she earned her WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) Level 3 certification in Wine in a quest to help demystify vino for others.

Dale is a biologist with 20+ years’ experience working in the public sector. He learned about wine by growing up near wine country and familiarizing himself with the wines and wineries of the Central Coast, Santa Ynez Valley, and Paso Robles. In his free time, he enjoys gaming (including Dungeons and Dragons), weight lifting, reading pretty much anything he can get his hands on, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. He’s also quite the beer and whisky aficionado. <Homer>Mmm…beeeeer.</Homer>
