This offering from Smoke Mountain Brewery (owned and operated by the fantastic folks of Rincon Mountain Winery) is their take on a strong Belgian ale. It offers all the delicious malty notes you’d expect from this brewing style without the cloying syrupy sweetness. The beer has a hazy golden color with a lattice-like head. It’s a heady experience, especially with a 10.5% ABV, but whether you’re on a sunny patio or a winter hearth, you’ll want to sip and savor this beer.
